    I worked at Timberland part-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule, easy work hours, first to pick through apparel perks. Not a bad company to work for for a high school student.

    Cons

Low outlet mall pay, generally older customers are hard to deal with and sometimes irritating, management seemed disconnected with employees at times, lack of growth potential

    Advice to Management

Understand your employees better and use that to make them work harder, not by being unfair or threatening
