I have been working at Time Etc part-time (More than a year)
Flexible, mentally stimulating, minimal work stress, work more or less based on my family life, meet all types of people from all over the world, keeps your resume moving even when your not working full time.
It is easy (at first) to take on too much work and can be difficult to dial it back. Many clients are disorganized.
Advice to Management
Ramp up of work should take place a little more slowly since most clients are careful to provide more work until the relationship is more established. Once the relationship is established, 3+ clients can be more work than one person can handle (depending on their life situation that brought them to Time etc.). This would keep clients and assistants more comfortable and happy.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Time Etc (Hanover, PA) in January 2017.
It was a detailed set of questions to start which were in depth but if you have the experience not difficult. The next step of the process was a telephone interview which I scheduled myself using Calendly
