I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Times Supermarket (Waimea, HI) in March 2015.

I handed in my application and within 20 minutes they called to schedule me for an interview on the following monday. I went in and met with the store director who led me to the back break room. She went over the job and the details and we talked about my life previous to moving. She then gave me the cashier test which was multiple choice and was based on making change. She actually left the room while i was doing this for about 3 minutes. Once i was finished she compared my answers to a answer sheet and determined my eligibility. After i passed she immediately offered me the job.
