    Positive Outlook

I worked at Tishman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent vertically integrated hotel asset management company with strong ownership guidance and first class leadership. Work with seasoned professionals with a team that is involved in all levels of ownership.

    Cons

There is limited growth as the focus on the company is to maintain their portfolio with limited growth. The slow growth can stifle opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Look for new opportunities to invest in the hospitality sector by branching out into other locations that may have improved performance. By cycling into other cities, risk is diversified.
