    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Titan Machinery (Minneapolis, MN) in March 2015.

Lunch Interview, spent a little time talking about myself and my work experience and education. The remainder of the time was spent for a good visit. Their main goal is to detect your personality and make sure you are a very effective communicator. If you can not do small talk it will be a tough interview. Often they curious how you can handle working with others and want some leadership potential. The interview started a little after 11 and competed around 1:00 pm. Overall the interview was painless and kind of fun to talk about many aspects of the company.
