Interview
I applied online and received emails from Spark Hire to complete a one-way interview. I spent a lot of time preparing and practicing my answers for the 6 questions. I never heard anything back from Titus - not even a follow up or a rejection email. Horrible candidate experience and complete waste of time. Do not ask candidates to spend so much time recording videos if you do not take the time to watch and evaluate them.What is the most challenging part of recruiting?
