I worked at Tom Barrow Company full-time (More than 3 years)
The office is close to the city. The office is also close to the highway. There are some really neat people that work there.
The office is very cold and full of negative energy. Its like you are a machine, just pumping out work for someone that may or may not show up for work.
Advice to Management
Start treating the warehouse employees with respect. Some of them have worked there for 20 years and know more than anyone in the building about TBCO.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tom Barrow Company (Atlanta, GA).
I had no idea what I was going to be interviewing for. I was asked to meet with the Branch Manager and ended up meeting with someone else who asked me the same question over and over.
