Good brand and has lots of recognition. You can make a lot of money. There are some growth potentials.
Lots of turnovers; they can't keep their managers. Employees don't feel valued. Very small corporate staff - no HR department so people can't air their concerns or grievances.
Advice to Management
Start appreciating your employees more and recognize their hard work and dedication.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tom Ford International (New York, NY).
The woman I spoke to was very nice. Tom Ford doesn't have an HR department, so you immediately interview with your supervisor. This interview was in-person and not too long. There were really no unexpected questions, just share your passion for the brand and be knowledgeable of the position that you applied for.
