- great income potential
- Plenty of associates staffed so it's easy to get shifts covered/switched
- free family meals on weekends
- management picks favorites
- very difficult to make money during the winter, traffic is drastically reduced
- your section assigned can have a major impact on your tips
Advice to Management
- make cuts when necessary; especially associates who do not have tables or when it is overstaffed

The interview is basically a big party and you get to be yourself and have fun and you’re divided into groups and you come up with ideas. There a 3 panel boards you have to go through and big dance session and like multiple ballon games
