I have been working at Torre-Lazur full-time
Great people/atmosphere and you will learn a lot. They do "philanthropic" initiatives and you can get as involved as you like (but it's usually after hours).
Corporate, long hours and at times it's very draining.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Torre-Lazur (New York, NY).
I had a phone screening and then was brought in for an interview the next week. I interviewed with 3 people at varying levels. The higher the level the more difficult the questions I was asked, as it usually goes, but across the board it was mostly a very conversational, friendly and informative interview. I heard back within days and was extended an offer. Overall a quick, easy and friendly process.
