Management shows appreciation for employees. There is a good deal of transparency, management presents earnings once a month and updates everyone on whats going on with the company. Employees enjoy a very flexible schedule (depending on their manager)- official policy we can come in any time between 6:30 and 11am so there is nobody watching over you to complain if you are 2 minutes late.
Owned by a big corporation who only cares about the numbers. The pay is absolutely terrible.
