WHO MAKES UP YOUR TEAM
The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): The Supervisor of your team! These individuals conduct the initial assessment, develop the treatment plans, train other team members, and maintain your child’s programs.
The LRBT (Lead Registered Behavior Technician): A highly qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) that has prior years of experience and training providing ABA services. These individuals are usually in school working towards becoming a BCBA and work as assistants to the BCBA under close supervision. This individual may work 1:1 with your child in addition to assisting with training and supervision of the program overall.
The RBT (Registered Behavior Technician): This is the therapist who will provide most of the 1:1 direct therapy with your child. Our RBT’s go through a minimum of 40 hours of initial training and a competency evaluation prior to working with your child without supervision, and continue to receive supervision and additional training while working with your family.
