I worked at Touch Surgery full-time

    Pros

People are hard working and try to do the impossible with limited resources

    Cons

The co-founders are not qualified to be leading the entire business and with the C-level suite changes over the last year are now taking on more than they know how. (The CEO, a few VPs, and the HR director all left in 2018 and weren't replaced.) . Month-to-month changes in strategy and goals create a confusing vision that is frustrating to work towards. There is no clear product or revenue stream and the company is still relying on investors, which resulted in a high number of redundancies within the last 12 months.

    Advice to Management

Consult your managers when you are setting goals so that they are realistic and attainable.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Touch Surgery.

    Interview

The process was done remotely. It was casual and mainly focused on behavioral questions. They just want to make sure you'll fit in with the rest of the people in the office.
