I have been working at Touchtown full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Touchtown's people are incredible, the work is challenging and the environment is fun. There's never a dull moment especially since the company has been acquired by Uniguest and become part of a global portfolio. Management genuinely cares about your career growth. The dogs and frequent fun activities definitely help!

The location is awesome, no city parking and you're going opposite of traffic if you're coming from Pittsburgh. It's just outside of the city, too, so not far.

    Cons

I haven't experienced any so far. There's very low turnover and the company's outlook is consistently positive.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keeping on!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Touchtown.

    Interview

The interview consisted of a phone screen with the hiring manager (VP of Engineering), then two technical phone interviews (front end and back end), and then an on-site interview with the CEO and product owner. It was very laid-back and conversational, with no coding required. The on-site allowed me to see the great culture and people at the office (including dogs), which made my decision much easier.
