    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to keep up the good work with the culture and morale, and to continue to reward those with new ideas and those that go the extra mile. It's something that you can never stop doing if you want to maintain a positive and thriving environment.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Touchtown (New York, NY) in October 2016.

    Interview

The interview process at Touchtown was one of the longer ones I've ever done but by the end of it I was positive this was a company that I wanted to work for. I had an initial interview that was pretty standard then I was sent a questionnaire to complete and send back. Shortly after I was asked to come in for a half day interview where I met with a lot of different people internally. After the interview, I was given one last assignment to email in that night to the CEO. While I waited to hear a final decision, the CEO kept an in depth conversation going with me via email. This allowed me to remain engaged in the interview process even though my part was technically "over".

Overall, I had a good interview experience and I appreciated the lengthiness of it as it gave me a more comprehensive view of the company and let me know I would be making the right choice.
