Show that you care about your sales people. Show them that they are more than a number. Look at companies that are successful and then look at how they treat their employees.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tourlane (Berlin)

    Interview

The process took 3 weeks and there is a lot to say. As mentioned there are 3 steps : The 1st and the 2nd are very similar . You have to present yourself in French and in English and are there to see if you have the right profile to work for them. During these 2 interviews I really appreciated the mentality of the 2 speakers but also could see that they were in total agreement with the advertised job offer : a premium service of creation of customized trips. But during the third interview, I was disappointed to see that the team leader did not give any importance to the quality of the service provided. He kept looking at his watch and was obsessed with the closing. He didn't pay any attention to all the details of the trip and was only thinking about one thing: SELLING. A company with a good concept and a lot of potential, but for me I would not have wanted to work with people who were only numbers oriented. When you sell premium travel, the least you can do is to offer a premium service. But the customer experience Gary (the third speaker) does not care and it's a shame
