Good money to be made.
Casino hours. Poor insurance. Questionable commission structure for sales staff.
Advice to Management
Hire store directors who care about the staff.
Unhappy staff translates to unhealthy customer service. Never worked with such a scattered person in charge. I understand the bottom line is very important but not at the staffs expense and self esteem.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tourneau (New York, NY).
1st interview with store manager, 2nd interview with regional manager. One on one interview, then skype interview. Overall I love the company. Very professional, dress to impress. Look very business like. About a three week interview process. Three interview process. I studied my history on the company and did my research on products they sold.
