Tower International

I recently received a Job offer. I accepted it verbally in order for them to send me the official offer letter.It does match everything they described to me (based on salary, sign on bonus, & relocation assistance.) However the question I have is should i attempt to negotiate for a higher base salary? When speaking to my parents about it they told me that the time for negotiation is over as I accepted the offer as it stands and they sent it to me.

Anyone else here regret working for Bozzuto? Overall satisfaction compared to previous management company I worked for is crap.

Nexbank is to be avoided if you are serious about building your sales career. Management does not like or respect the salespeople. They will terminate your best clients regardless of production numbers. All your hard work handed to a new account executive leaving you on the street with damaged relationships. This small bank is big on attitude with a track history of terminating producing AE's. It's their way or the highway. The culture is toxic and has sales walking on eggshells. Beware!

Good afternoon and Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wonderful Christmas. I have been working for my current employer for the past year and although i have enjoyed my time it looks like they are going through some tough times they are having to release me since they will not be able to continue paying me. I have been a construction manager in the building industry for the past 17 years. If anyone knows who might be looking for a construction manager/project manger. Thanks you
