    Positive Outlook

I have been working at TowerJazz full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Plenty of work for those that want to actually work.

    Cons

Not nearly enough skilled staff to work the hard issues.

    Advice to Management

Hire more skilled staff. Stop being so proud of how lean your engineering staff is and how much they accomplish. Much is left undone. Low hanging fruit just rots on the vine.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TowerJazz (Newport Beach, CA).

    Interview

Received a call from the recruiter from TowerJazz she asked me about my resume and what was listed on it, within a week I was contacted by a manager who went into more detail about my resume and my experience, asked if I had questions...told me he wanted to set up a in person interview. Day of the in person interview I did an interview with HR, and then was taken to a room where I did a panel interview. This interview was the toughest, asked about electrical schematics, basic electric theory, transistors, robotics.....things of that nature, the more you answer correctly the more they ask. Almost an hour later the in person was done. Toured the company and left.

    Interview Questions
