I have been working at TowerJazz full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free coffee, overtime is descent with overtime pay and if you work 7 days straight the 7th day is double pay.

    Cons

The few usual losers you'll find at all jobs they had a few, you have to stand/walk 10 1/2 hours out of the work day and you get sweaty occasionally.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to make sure there is no favoritism. There are people working at the site im at at the moment that basically clock in and take 20 bathroom breaks throughout the day aka go into the locker room and get on their phones. Aka make sure everyone is following the rules period no matter how long they've been there. Shout out to my bosses they are awesome. Going to miss them.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TowerJazz (Newport Beach, CA).

    Interview

Received a call from the recruiter from TowerJazz she asked me about my resume and what was listed on it, within a week I was contacted by a manager who went into more detail about my resume and my experience, asked if I had questions...told me he wanted to set up a in person interview. Day of the in person interview I did an interview with HR, and then was taken to a room where I did a panel interview. This interview was the toughest, asked about electrical schematics, basic electric theory, transistors, robotics.....things of that nature, the more you answer correctly the more they ask. Almost an hour later the in person was done. Toured the company and left.

    Interview Questions

    • Transistors, schematics, robotics, vacuum systems, what I did in my previous jobs and how I would handle situational problems.   Answer Question
