    Pros

Wonderful benefits, stellar management, employee recognition, mid and annual review plan was geared to growing employees and helping them to further their career.

    Cons

Getting paid bi-monthly instead of bi-weekly. Nothing else to complain about!

    Advice to Management

I was employed back in 2000 -2003. The survey won't let you select anything prior to 2013.
