Kim Baxter, Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Kim started with Towne Park in 2009 as a Senior Accountant and over the years has played a number of instrumental roles in the company. Prior to Towne Park, Kim worked in public accounting at Ernst &
Young for three years, where she met her husband, Steve. Kim graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

“Kim is multi-talented, warm and engaging, with a passion for both numbers and people,” commented Towne Park’s Mark Norwicz, Chief Financial Officer. “She is an expert and a joy to work with and makes Towne Park a better place for all of us every day she is here.”

Stacey Brumfield, Marketing Manager

Stacey joined Towne Park in 2013 as a Sales Administrator after working for several years in retail at The Limited and Reebok. She was promoted to Marketing Manager in August 2016 and is now part of
the new Marketing & Communications Group, where she is responsible for developing, implementing and executing new strategic marketing plans. Stacey graduated from Mars Hill University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations.

“Stacey is enthusiastic, passionate, and driven – all of the qualities that make Towne Park hum. She’s also creative and highly organized. We are fortunate to have her on our team,” commented Towne Park’s Bryan DeCort, Senior Vice President, Operations, Southern Group and Corporate Marketing.

Jody McDonald, District Manager, Louisville

Jody joined Towne Park in 2013 as an Area Manager in Nashville, TN. With over 10 years of experience as a District Manager with Talbots retail stores, she was highly recruited. She quickly integrated into our culture, displaying a passion for development, coupled with a strength-based
leadership style – two key qualities that have underpinned her success. In October 2015, Jody made a leap of faith and moved to the horse-racing capital of Louisville, KY. In 18 months, she has proven the ability to adapt to any challenge while exceeding expectations. In honor of her achievements, in 2016, Jody was one of two District Managers in the company to achieve the prestigious “Winner’s Circle award.”

“Jody has been an extremely valuable member on our team. She is one of the most proactive and consistent communicators I have had the pleasure to work with. Time and time again, Jody has proven the power of a diverse background and thought. It is clear to all that we are stronger with her on our team,” commented Towne Park’s Brian George, Regional Vice President – MidSouth.

Karina Morales, Assistant Human Resources Manager – South Region

Karina began her Towne Park journey in 2007. Over the years, she has fallen in love with the people of Towne Park, our culture, and the opportunities for growth. Karina started as an administrative
assistant and soon moved into Talent Acquisition. As a result of her outstanding performance, Karina has been promoted multiple times and in 2011 earned the Leadership Summit Culture Award. In 2016, Karina was promoted to the Assistant Human Resources Manager position for the Atlanta and Central Florida markets where her focus has been to further build our culture and give employees and managers the tools they need to grow and succeed.

Throughout the course of her career, Karina has continued to pursue studies to strengthen her skills. She has completed a Professional in Human Resources certification course as well as other Human Resources courses, and just recently completed and passed her SHRM-CP certification exam, which is a highly regarded certification for Human Resources professionals.

Megan Keck, Account Manager, Nashville

Megan joined Towne Park in May 2014 as an Assistant Account Manager in Nashville and has quickly shown herself to be a real force. Today, as an Account Manager, Megan provides District leadership as our very vital People Champion. Megan has an extensive background in hospitality. Prior to joining Towne Park, she worked with Wyndham Corporate Sales and opened the Hutton Nashville as a Front Office Manager; she later served as Director of Catering.

“Megan is a magnetic leader who has inspired and mentored many in the Nashville Market. This year Megan serves as our People Champion and has made a huge difference in guiding our people development through our goal-setting and execution process. She is an influential leader with a tremendous runway!” commented  Towne Park’s John Utz, District Manager, Nashville Market.

Ana De La Torre, Account Manager, Denver

Ana joined Towne Park in Denver as an Assistant Account Manager in June 2014 after a successful career with Pyramid Hotel Group as Director of Rooms. She quickly proved her effectiveness and was promoted to Account Manager in May 2015. As you’re reading this, she is on a task force in South Florida, proving that she has an ability to think enterprise-wide and show her value beyond her home district.

“I’ve had the pleasure to get to know Ana during my time overseeing the Denver market and truly appreciate her positive attitude, exceptional skills with our guests, client, and associates, and her drive to succeed. She’s had a huge impact in a short amount of time and we’re a better company for having her in Towne Park,” commented Jeff Johnson, Senior Vice President – Western Group.

Ashley Prohaska, District Manager for the Kansas City Market

Ashley joined Towne Park in 2005 as a Guest Service Associate while attending the University of Central Florida. Her interest in numbers and math drove her to get a degree in accounting, but her love for people and leadership drew her to continuing her career path as a leader with Towne Park. Ashley’s hard work and determination allowed her career to continue to flourish and eventually took her to Kansas City as a District Manager.

“Ashley is a vibrant and exciting leader. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and her passion for people unmatched. Ashley is known to be a great teacher, a compassionate leader, and an expert in the service industry,” commented Towne Park’s Briana Pitz, Regional Vice President – Midwest Region.

Morgan Vautherot, Regional Human Resources Manager – Texas

Morgan began her career focused not on human resources, but on operations, working for Target in Indianapolis, IN. While there, she took on a role in human resources and realized her passion for the people side of the business. Morgan loved being able to help mentor and develop her peers in her role as a district resource while still playing a part in the day-to-day leadership of a $40M store operation. To build her career in human resources, Morgan joined Towne Park in 2015 and has enjoyed being able to work with great leaders in the state of Texas. She has been an intricate part of building a great culture focused on leadership development and Associate retention. Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Bloomington.

    very easy interview because of the manager at the time. Now they look more for how you can bring service. Its not about how fast you can bring up cars but how you can make guests feel welcomed.
