I have been working at Townsquare Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Given opportunities to show what you can do and prove your worth
-Can work your way from Interm to Part Time or Part Time to Full Time
    -Creative Digital Media Dept

    Cons

-Hard work of full time employees taken for granted more often than it should
-Lack of communication by middle and upper management causes issues for those under them
-Just because someone has worked for over a decade doesn't mean they have "tenure", we all should have to carry our own weight at work; not fair for manager to push off work onto those under him for reasons that come off as laziness
-Paycheck should be more equal employees' work

    Advice to Management

-"Actions speak louder than words" meaning show employees you appreciate them, dont just tell them or assume everyone knows how hard they work
-Should be financial compensation for those who are salaried who go above and beyond; if not sure who those people are, take more time to know who they are and how much work they do

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Townsquare Media in March 2017.

    Interview

Submitted my resume, air checks, writing samples, and a video introduction. 3 interviews total. Should've had a 4th interview and waited over a month for that last interview. I then got a call that told me they went with someone else. That someone was already working for another station in the building. I guess they were full of it when they said they prefer to hire from the outside.
