I have been working at Townsquare Media full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Love the Vision of TSM and Love the People I work with - A Team!!!

    Cons

We work in a very fast paced environment and our company is way ahead of the competition. We have new products rolled out fast and furious and sometimes it's a challenge to keep all the balls in the air.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Townsquare Media (Charlotte, NC) in August 2015.

    Interview

Reached out to me on Linkedin. I wasn't looking but had heard great things about the company so I said yes to a meeting after chatting about the role on the phone for about 20 minutes. Great conversation, professional interview, and they followed up two days later with an offer that was hard to pass up. Super quick and easy.
