    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Toyota Industries.

    Interview

Maybe only 1 or 2 questions have to deal with job, the others are more assessment questions (total of like 15 questions consisting of personality, ethics, and what would you do scenarios). They don't even ask about your job history, maybe because of the fact that it will bias their base pay rate, which everyone gets the same even with previous experience. I don't see a point to their interview process, could've saved us the trouble and do it over the phone, whole thing took about 15 awkward minutes.
