Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

The company culture is second to none & a high priority. The teams are very supportive of each other & individual professional development is a focus for most teams.

Salaries are on the lower side, total comp has some major gaps.

I applied online. I interviewed at Traction Guest (United States)

It was a 40 minute technical interview with focus on docker, micro services and application flow ( you have an option to choose the interview to be fully focused on a language like python). The interviewer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a positive experience!

How do microservices interact with each other?
