I have been working at Tractor Supply full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company culture! This company really lives by its Mission and Values which I find to be rare with other companies. We work hard, have fun, and make money! This company has great leadership with a clear direction, which I find to be rare with other companies. Our corporate office was built only 3 years ago and it is IMPRESSIVE!! So many amenities like a 24/7 onsite gym with clean locker rooms, a different restaurant brings in hot food to purchase daily (so I don't have to leave the office to get lunch), and it even has a clothing store where I can purchase branded TSC merchandise! TSC Corporate office is the BEST work environment I have experienced in the Nashville area. This is great place for career growth.

    Cons

The company does not have a lot of remote work opportunities. On occasion people can work from home, but as a general rule, they like you to work out of the corporate office. I have heard that they might be changing that in the near future, however.

    Advice to Management

Keep the culture strong, buy continuing to live by our Mission and Values!!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Tractor Supply.

    Interview

Two interviews and they really stressed to tell them about a personal failure. Both interviewers asked it, the Store manager asked it several times in various ways. The Assistant Store Manager seemed as though he had never done an interview before.
