At TradeCore, you are committed to finishing your daily tasks during office hours, and we respect you for it. We promise nobody will then disturb you away from work without a good reason.
I have been working at TradeCore full-time (Less than a year)
I think that the main thing is a supportive environment where experienced and successful people are ready to help you in further developing and upgrading your set of skills. That's the most significant benefit you 'll get for sure!
There are a lot of other things too - you get to choose your equipment and to work with great people on great location. Your work is never gonna get boring and you'll never feel like you're staying too long in one place.
There are a lot of benefits (like private health insurance), team buildings, team parties and dinners etc.
Maybe for some people, this could be high-stress environment considering how fast things change in this industry and how learning new things is assumed on a daily basis.
Advice to Management
Just to hire a few more managers with relevant experience to help build proper system, rules and company's culture.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TradeCore (Belgrade (Serbia)) in April 2018.
First interview is with HR, girl from HR is very nice, asked same good questions. Next day, I had technical interview with Product Owner and automation QA, it was not hard, normal question but they were not prepared for this interview. They just made quaestions as we talk, sometimes finding answers together because they were not sure is it right or wrong.
I was feeling sad when they send me an email that they will go with other candidate, but they will have me in their DB for future positions.
Few days later, other QA Analyst job from them, and two weeks later again.
Tradecore HR can send email with true and open answer, that I will not be called again because my experience is not relevant or short, or anything else then we will call you when new job is listed.
