    I have been working at TradeDoubler full-time

    Pros

    Young and dynamic workforce though the company needs to set a clear strategy and direction for them to get going again

    Cons

    Constant change in management, the CEO has recently changed again after less than 2 years despite good performance from him and his team.

    Had two interview, the first with director of the team, to talk about your past experience and then with both senior managers with a couple of scenarios to see how would you work in case something happened
