I worked at TradeSource part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone I was in contact with form the company was extremely personable and flexible.

    Cons

There were some weeks during which I was not assigned to a worksite, but it never became a serious issue. I was usually placed somewhere within days of notifying my boss to let him know I was available for reassignment.

    General Contractor/Carpentor Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TradeSource (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in March 2015.

    Interview

Although I spoke with management prior to arriving at the interview, they failed to inform me how lengthy and time consuming the interview process would be. In addition to the actual interview, filling out numerous forms, taking several compentacy tests(anyone could pass) and strange drug testing, I spent nearly three long hours in a little, claustrophobic, unorganized office, which is in the rear of the building and virtually "impossible" to find!!
