The remote flexibility is the only pro here.
Cons
Where do I begin? The Sales team started as 10+ AEs and a VP of sales, All were fired and replaced within a year. Leadership fires people at will and hires people without thinking about cost of replacement. They are now outsourcing Indian reps only to cut costs as he is failing miserably to penetrate the US market and the runway is shortening. Marketing is beyond lazy and there is such a lack of cross departmental communication it is laughable. The writing is on the wall for this sinking ship and you can ask any previous employee of this company.
