I worked at Tradepmr full-time (More than 3 years)
1. People -met my best friends here
No cons as such. I guess this is a growing company and so there are cons of growing company
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Tradepmr (Gainesville, FL) in November 2018.
I met the hiring manager at a job fair and we had a very good connection. She did a great job at selling me the company (which I had never heard of before) so I sent her my application the very day. She invited me for an interview the following week, and although I was not sure what position she wanted to discuss, I was really excited because I had a good feeling about the company in general. The interview started well but I quickly realized I was over qualified for the job she had in mind. Half way through the interview, she yawned, which really disconcerted me and made me feel uncomfortable. I lost track of what I was saying and from there it was just a painful experience. She ended asking about my salary expectations, and my answer was most likely above what she had in mind. She said she was going to review all applications within the day, and assured me that she would get back to everyone, whether they were considered for the position or not. She never contacted me, which I found extremely inconsiderate. I will not apply for this company anymore.
