Employee Story
We are pleased to spotlight Michael Joseph for the month of February. Michael has been with Tradesmen International, out of the Indianapolis office, since October of 2009. He started with us as a Plumber Apprentice and is now a Master Plumber. He has worked over 19,500 hours with Tradesmen International and openly helps recruit skilled tradesmen back to us. We respect him as a person and as an employee so much so that he has been invited to roundtable talks with the office to help improve our Field Employee relationships and communication. We could not be more proud that he represents Tradesmen International in the field every day.

Employee Story
We are pleased to spotlight Scott Penniman, for the month of January.   Scott has worked for Tradesmen International’s Portland, ME office since March of 2015. Scott came to TI as a carpentry laborer and has become one of our most highly skilled carpenters over the last 8 years. Scott is considered Journeyman level by all of our clients. Scott has logged 13,440 hours in his tenure with us and will tell anyone who will listen how much he enjoys working for TI. In his time off, Scott is the Co-owner of Climb for Recovery, an organization that works with individuals dealing with addiction. Scott and his friends climb mountains for fundraising events and to raise awareness to the friends they have lost to addiction. This is very personal for Scott as he recently reached a very impressive milestone--10 years of sobriety. Scott travels around the country to speak at events and promote sober living. It’s been a pleasure working with and getting to know Scott over the years. He does quality work for Tradesmen and in the local community. We are very proud to have him as part of our family!
