For those looking to work (and play) on an award-winning shore and to work for an award-winning company, make plans to join us at our Career Fair at TradeWinds Island Resorts. We are consistently voted a Top Workplace year-over-year by The Tampa Bay Times! We currently have availability in several positions within our Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Operations departments. During our Career & Job Fair, there will be immediate interviews and immediate hires. Sign-on bonuses are available along with great benefits! Service is our passion. Career & Job Fair will be held in the Bird Key/Indian Key/Long Key connected conference spaces at Island Grand that are accessible via the Island Grand Lobby.

Celebrating International Housekeeping Week the right way! Here at TradeWinds Island Resorts, we treated our hardworking housekeepers and laundry employees to brunch, ice cream, and a raffle including vacation give-a-ways and more! We know how hard they work every day to take care of our guests and keep our resort squeaky clean, so we took a full week to celebrate! A BIG thank you to Housekeeping and Laundry for all the amazing work you do!
