working at a client allows some flexibility, although with nearly 80% travel it's more about what you do with your evenings if you aren't on a plane or driving
constant turmoil at the top, failure to pay out commissions timely, travel policy doesn't allow for a passable meal save for fast food, no indication of whether you are doing well or not from management. poorly supported at client at times.
Advice to Management
New management took over just before I left. better review process and never, ever, choose to not pay commissions to people who are your revenue generators.
