Advice to Management
Stop allowing people to become management who can't perform all aspects of running the outlet. Listen to reviews from those who quit to improve retention.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Traditions Spirits.
Applied for a position directly on the website. Received a call the next evening for an interview. Interviewed two days later, did a 2nd interview 1 week later with a different person. No response after 2nd interview. A week later I inquired if position was filled.. no reply. Attempted to follow up again two weeks later and still no reply.
Companies should always follow-up with all interviewed candidates especially if they are calling or emailing to inquire if position has been filled. Stating that another candidate was chosen is alot better than not responding at all. It reflects badly on the company when there are not replies.
