I worked at Traeger Pellet Grills full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I made over 100K my first year. It was a grind but that's part of being in sales. You have to work hard to make more.

    Cons

The company has undergone new management since I was there. The best thing to do is talk to someone who works for Treager. I sold in Costco's so you will always find someone during one of the shows to speak to about becoming a part of their sales team.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Traeger Pellet Grills (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was informal but courteous and polite. I was contacted very soon after submission of my resume, a phone interview was set for the same week. Due to scheduling, the interviewer rescheduled to an in person panel interview within a week. I was impressed by the professionalism in return of correspondence and flexibility of scheduling.
