Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Positive, caring and highly talented people. You couldn’t hope to work with a better team. The product keeps customers beaming with positive feedback and the engineering team is top shelf. Though I

Diversity Programs & Initiatives

We believe in the power of people: our differences, our similarities, and what we can learn from each other.

That’s why we’re filling our roster with different backgrounds, experiences, and identities. So we can grow as people, become the company we want to be, and build a better product.

But we also know that we have a lot of work to make sure we’re not all talk. So, if you don’t see yourself on our team page, know there’s a spot on our team for you!

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Trainual (United States)

The interview process is just that, an intentional and efficient process rooted in purpose. Each step of the interview is meant to find the best fit for the interviewee first and the interviewer (company) second. This spoke volumes about the company's people first culture. The communication is also top notch, Marlowe will never leave you wondering what's next or how things are going. You're in great hands all around.
