Advice to Management
It is bad enough to keep moving the operator to fast but then they stared with managment so a lot of them never made it
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Trans-Tech (Adamstown, MD) in February 2015.
Overall it was a pretty good interview, the lady was very nice. I got asked a few questions about my experience and not long after that I had a follow-up interview which had your typical interview questions. A day later I was called saying I had the job.
