You're started off with a minimum hourly rate, with some pretty good financial opportunities on top of the minimum salary. Plus, they do a good job at trying to make you feel motivated and providing you with the best opportunity possible to make money.
The training is limited, in addition to the fact that the certain members of the management department can be very condescending when interacting with employees.
Advice to Management
When appointing people to train and lead people, be sure that they understand the power of consistency and being able to relate and listen to all employees, not just the ones that are successful. By doing this, it may foster an environment where everyone can feel like they are part of the "success train", not just the people who are producing great results.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TransFirst (Broomfield, CO) in December 2016.
The initial call after submitting my resume was just for a phone interview. After the phone interview, she indicated I would need to take some assessments and then she would try to schedule an in-person interview.
