I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at TransLoc (Research Triangle Park, NC) in May 2016.
The interview process takes place in 4 phases.
1) Initial meeting with internal recruiter.
This was done over lunch and was a fairly standard discovery meeting. A bit of explaining about the company and explaining about my work history.
2) A coding assignment e-mailed to me that evening.
3) A technical code review and meeting with the dev manager.
4) A meeting with the CEO.
