What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I applied online. I interviewed at TransferGo (United Kingdom) in May 2023
Interview
I was invited to have an interview for the Product Director role, so I took time off work to attend the interview and prepared accordingly. When the time came for the video meeting, the Talent representative didn't show up. I sent them a nudge to get this answer: "I am having some major tech issues today. I will try to reschedule our call." That never happened, and after a new nudge, they said days later they said the position was put on hold and "recalibrated". Not only did they not pause or change the role description, but they even promoted it intensely across job boards. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
