    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Travel Binz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I had heard about the company and hence before going for the interview I looked for Travel Binz reviews and found that the company fits into my aspirations. It has been over a year now and I am happy about my decision to join Travel Binz. The team here is good. We are rapidly expanding our business to many new countries. Huge scope of self-learning and growth. I look forward to new challenges at work coming my way.

    Cons

To cope up to business requirements, more Product / Destination training sessions should be held.
There is challenge to communicate with non-English speaking guests. There should be language experts or training
The business is getting into a big game too fast / too soon. Need to question, are we prepared?

    Advice to Management

Online travel booking is heavily discounted. We still don’t have the best rates. That gets very challenging to sell.
Management must build more tie-ups for better rates and packages.
Also, focus on Training and Development of the existing team
