Advice to Management
You have spent some major money on crem-de-la-crem managers. Trust your initial evaluations and let them do their jobs without micro-managing. If you set the company off in one direction promising XYZ support in the near future; deliver the support, don't leave the company and your customers in the lurch because you changed your minds.
