    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Traylor Bros. (Long Beach, CA) in October 2016.

    Interview

Had a phone interview first, spoke to a great guy from their Indiana office. Asked some basic questions about my back round and to talk about my resume. Very laid back and informative. Asked a bunch of questions about the company and I received honest answers. Traylor Bros then flew me out to their Long Beach office. Had 5 interviews, even got to interview with Michael Traylor. Great experience. They have a system for their interviews, including questions putting you in different positions to see how you would react. Very laid back, great people in the company. Felt very comfortable around everyone. Even got to stretch with the whole office in the morning.

    Interview Questions

    • One interviewer called out my resume for having a spelling error to see how I would react. My resume has "busses" and he said it should be "bus" he knew both were correct but he wanted to see how I responded to that.   Answer Question
