Interview
As an experienced dealer, I was brought in for an in-person interview as well as an audition. The manager, trainer and recruiter sat at the table and gave me questions as I was dealing blackjack. Questions were of previous experience at other casino's and what other table games I knew. Not only were all three asking me questions, but they were monitoring the way I dealt. Seeing what good/bad habits that I had. I went through a serious of payouts on blackjacks with each spot of different denominations as well as chip conversions.InterviewWhen do you fill out a CTR?
