I have been working at Tresata full-time (Less than a year)
Tresata is truly an outstanding company made up of incredible individuals doing genuinely interesting, meaningful work on a daily basis. What the founders have built in these past 6 years is absolutely remarkable. As an individual who has had the privilege of working alongside this team for the past 4 years, I can tell you firsthand that each day is unique and full of learning opportunities. I look forward to coming into the office each day and getting the opportunities I do to work with the passionate team around me and build something brand new that is enriching life. I don't know how many people can say that about their jobs - particularly after 4 years and as a working parent. I am afforded work/life integration (because work/life balance isn't necessary when you get to do what you love...no need to escape), have optimal room and support for growth, feel like my voice is heard, and that the work I do makes an impact. It's always busy here, and that may not be for everyone (and may also be why it's taken me so long to post my own review here), but I love this company and everyone else should know how awesome it is, too.
It is sometimes too cold in the office.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Tresata in September 2017.
Applied online, Invited in for a face to face interviews. Several emails back and forth with company stating they were drafting an "offer". Never received said offer nor heard anything back saying they were no longer interested, just silence. Highly disappointing...poor communication and unprofessional. Unclear why they wouldn't just send rejection email if uninterested. Precisely why they need operations support to help streamline recruitment process.
