I liked the focus on growth. There was a large sales staff dedicated to customer acquisition. We were an acquisition of theirs.
The company is managed from Boston. It's hard to get your voice heard if you work some other location. They don't typically consult their remote locations effectively.
Advice to Management
Try to involve the people closest to the customer whenever you have a problem. It's fine to add lots of new clients, but stopping the churn is paramount to enduring growth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at TriCore Solutions.
Very tough to clear the technical interview rounds, as company wants best candidates to employ. Multiple rounds of technical and HR interviews before getting selected. Though very annoying for candidate. But Company point of view it is one the best processes.
