I have been working at TriStarr Staffing full-time (More than a year)
I was able to experience a range of office environments, work types , and management styles that I will use in the future to assess where I want to work. I also gained a lot of experience at the entry-level. With each assignment, I have gained solid work references and connections
There was a bit of a gap between work assignments and I did not experience any sort of vertical movement, even though my pay did increase with my time.
Advice to Management
I would like to see more people rise to different levels in their careers. To help with this, it might help to provide educational opportunities as well as a network of trusted companies/employers that look to tristarr for quality services.
I applied online. I interviewed at TriStarr Staffing (Lancaster, PA) in April 2017.
I was brought in day after application. The receptionist was smiley and polite. The interviewer was extremely judgmental and rude and made me feel like I was so inadequate for such pithy little jobs
I worked for hours taking all their tests and personality tests and they wasted my time. I have a feeling this is a very closed door place and not a pleasant environment at all
