    I have been working at TrialCard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Management focused on making teams and people better. You can feel that. Good coachings. I trust when my supervisor says something that it is true and it will happen. There is a lot of opportunity for those that want to work hard for it!

    Cons

    We work hard and sometimes we are overworked but my supervisor do a good job trying to not let us get burned out. They care!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you doing! I can see the positive changes happening everyday!!

    I applied online. I interviewed at TrialCard (New York, NY).

    Interview

    I had two phone interviews, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. Then I had a 3.5 hour in-person interview, where I met with 4 groups of two people each (8 total) for 45 minutes each, then a short face-to-face with the hiring manager.
