Trianz was founded in Silicon Valley in 2001 with a passion for empowering our client success through a relentless commitment to enabling business execution. It was a time of remarkable changes, marked by paradigm shifts, technological breakthroughs, and new visions for the future being developed by organizations of all sizes.
The genesis of Trianz included a finely crafted strategy: to serve senior executives in client organizations with a commitment to make a difference through flawless execution. Trianz believes that a well-executed strategy achieves far superior results than a theoretically perfect strategy that is poorly executed.

I have been working at Trianz full-time (More than 3 years)
Good vision and strategy, decent set of leaders who are fully committed, good growth path for the last 3 to 4 years, enough opportunities if you are skilled on right technology and also the get upskilled
Too many experiments, need to only focus on agreed strategy and not keep changing direction and structure.
Advice to Management
The Trianz story has visibly fallen in place in the last 2 - 3 years. Please focus on current vision... Pls empower DM and PM to succeed in their roles and they will drive business success...
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trianz (India, TX) in April 2013.
Telephonic and skype interview.asked a bunch of technical questions, asked about my working visa, general questions.. Because this was my first formal interview, I did a lot of homework. I checked through the possible interview questions and prepared answers, while also researching the company’s background. I found the WikiJob website was quite useful for me during my preparation.
It took me a whole day to prepare myself. Even so, my voice was still shaking when the interview began. “Tell me about yourself in one minute. Give me an example of yourself as a team leader.” I answered these questions without hesitation because I already had them on my cheat sheet.
