    Pros

Lots of opportunity to make impact, if you want. The culture is great for self-starting motivated people and the client work is good – not great, but not lame.

    Cons

Too much work and not enough resources. You work hard thinking you'll get help – again and again. It never materializes and then you realize it won't.

    Advice to Management

Try to win some more business. The current roster is nice but wins keep the momentum. People work hard for you sometimes it's nice to thank them somehow.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Tribal Worldwide (New York, NY).

    Interview

Interviewed with the VP Creative Director and he liked me. The following week I interviewed with an ACD who didn’t have a clue of what he was doing -- and then someone in account services. Got a call from the recruiter approximately two weeks later with a job offer.
