The atmosphere here is amazing, and I can contact any of my fellow managers for help if I get stuck on something. I like that this company asks for feedback and listens to what we say. I loved the

Cons

I think the HR benefits can do some work (more PTO days) and training for the new hires to help them understand HR benefits and our payroll. Not a fan of the dress code (Lands End) but I do like that

Advice to Management

I enjoyed our leadership conference and felt like I was a part of something big; the company is huge, and for upper management to know my name and who I am made me feel like a person and not a number
